Rather give guidance, support, and accountability during personalized coaching sessions. My role is not only to motive, but encourage the exploration and curiosity of ones self while highlighting the importance of slowing down, taking a breath and giving grace to yourself and others. This happens through mindfulness practices that provide mental clarity and awareness that equip individuals to better manage daily (conscious and subconscious) stressors and overall health. BlueIndigo (a wellness coaching service) is a coined termed that represents the union of the throat and third eye chakra. Blue energy is soothing, healing and communitive; while indigo energy promotes deep change and transformation. It's meant to emphasize the need for conscious creation and the importance of the energetic flow between the two entities for optimal functionality (mind, body, spirit) when seeking the greatest version of one's self.
Just because you are not sick, does not mean you are well. Wellness is more than the absences of illness. It is the active pursuit of good health on a holistic level. Wellness falls on a continuum that extends from illness to optimal well-being. It's the choice to be proactive and take preventative measures to maximize vitality by adopting an attitude and lifestyle that helps prevent disease and enhance quality of life. In other words, healthcare is reactive, while wellness-care is proactive.
At BlueIndigo, we believe good health is MORE than what you eat. Therefore, a holistic approach to wellness that addresses the mind, body, and spirit is necessary.
